Don't Accept The New Dollar (PICS)
Update: There has been a lot of controversy over this post. People have been stating that the new dollar has "In God We Trust" engraved on the side of the coin instead of on the front. If anyone has any information on this please email to me at myjunkmailblog@gmail.com. Remember everyone, I'm posting the junk mail I get, so sometimes there might be some controversy. Please don't shoot me for it :-)

Look at the edge of your coin. Snopes is also a good place to look when researching these types of stories.

isn't "In God We Trust" inscribed around the coin's edge? (ie: where the ridges are on a quarter or dime)?
ReplyDeleteever heard of the separation of Church and State? 'In God we trust' has no place on our money unless you start respecting 'Goddess' in the very same way. WTF!?!?
ReplyDeleteWhy should coins have a religious inscription on them anyway? Wouldn't we be better off keeping the material and spiritual realms separate? Didn't Jesus say as much when he preached, "render unto Caesar that which is Caesar's ..."?
